Ace Nets Inc Returns / Refund Policy


Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your Ace Nets Inc order to request a return, exchange or refund.

If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your item, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.

Any custom orders or custom products may be subject to a return fee or may be non-refundable. Please inquire about actions needed.

Ace Nets Inc requires the original receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and arrange to ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.Consumer will assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our facilities.

Refunds

Once Ace Nets Inc receives your return, we will inspect it thoroughly. Ace Nets Inc will then contact you via an email or by phone call to let you know we have received your returned item. After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (original method of payment).

Shipping Costs for Returned Items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For every item you are shipping, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Consumer will assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our facilities.
